Project Updates
Update: 1/16/2026
We currently have two homes in inventory, with another arriving toward the end of February. Prices range from $85,000 to $135,000, and we are actively pursuing additional manufacturers in Pennsylvania, Florida, and California.
The response so far has been very positive. By the end of this week, one unit will be set and functional, though we are waiting for warmer weather to complete the final touches. While the cold and snow have caused some delays, this has given us time to research new ideas and seek out more partners for our community building.
Update: 11/5/2025
It might not look like much now, but the project is coming along nicely! Here’s where we are:
- Dug out four pads with driveways
- Ran a new sewer line
- Ran new water lines to each pad
- Various improvements to the commercial building
- Surveyed the property lines to install an eight-foot fence
